I often walk this local Regents Canal path with my dog. This is another image where the combination of the canal boat and the buildings of the Queen Mary College student campus behind caught my eye. And I loved the stand out graffiti on the bridge that added to the mix. 
 
My screen prints involve multiple layers exposed onto screens combining my own sketches of local scenes with layers of colour and texture created from mark making and block relief printing. Each edition of prints takes many weeks to complete. I work partly in a local printmaking studio where they have a screen exposure unit and also at home in my kitchen.
 
Due to the hand printed nature of the printing process small variations can occur in each layer making each print a unique piece of artwork.
